I was sad to learn that Billy Hulse passed away. He was on the search committee that hired me as President at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and we later worked together at eRevenue. He recruited me to come and help him with this business. It was ultimately sold to Peregrine during the post dot-com days. Billy was able to buy it back later for pennies on the dollar, get other businesses with it, and merged it into eProsper.
