We are sad to report that Malcolm has a new owner. We hated to see him go, but we decided to conserve cash flow with the uncertainty in the economy. It was shifting from a buyer’s market to a seller’s market with interest rates climbing, so we got an offer we could refuse and decided to go. We actually made a 10% profit on the exchange.
We put on over 600 hours on Malcolm over the 2 years that we owned him. We had several good trips including with friends. We have a Vision Jet on order that is expected to be ready in 2026. In the meantime, we expect to be buying a Cirrus SR22 to keep our flying genes satisfied.
