Marisa’s Easy French Apple Pie

Streusel
½ C Bisquick Baking Mix
¼ C Nuts chopped
¼ C Brown Sugar packed
2 T Butter or Margarine Cold
Pie
3 C Apples slice in thin quarter lengths
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
½ C Bisquick baking mix
¼ C Sugar
½ C Milk
1 T Butter or Margarine Softened
2 Eggs
Make streusel by stirring 1/2c Baking mix, brown sugar, nuts and cutting in cold butter together until crumbly.
Set aside. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9in pie plate or square 2 qrt baking dish. Stir apples, cinnamon and nutmeg
In baking dish. In separate bowl mix sugar, milk, softened butter and eggs. Then gradually add the baking mix. Pour
Mixture on top of the apples in the baking dish. Sprinkle streusel. Bake 40 -45 min or until knife inserted comes out
Clean. Cool 5 minutes.

Serves 6 – 8.
