Bread:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 ¼ tsp salt
1 cup sour milk (1 cup milk & 1tsp vinegar)
1/3 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Streusel:
2 Tbl sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp marg/butter softened
Mix all the bread ingredients. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter in a 9×5 loaf pan that has been greased and floured on the bottom ONLY. In small bowl combine the streusel ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter and swirl lightly to marble. Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pan immediately. Cool completely before slicing. Wrap and refrigerate leftover bread.
